Oh juice, how I missed you!

So I am back to juicing after being a very bad girl. I felt great yesterday with a nice juice fast ;)

Juicing along with exercise improves my mood and makes me feel great! Hope you juice too and enjoy the love of veggies and fruit.

I use the breville elite, but I really need another one specifically designed for greens to improve their volume.

My new favorite recipes:
Celery, cucumber, red and green apples
Spinach, kale, parsley, lemon and ginger.

Red apple, carrot, beet, lemon and ginger.

I am still tweaking to perfect these. Let me know if you have any ideas.
